  1. Ni hao from Beijing – or should I say Naka ngon si/Ewulara… so sorry I don’t know which is your language.
Thank you for deciding to follow my blog. Compared to your wonderful poetry it seems very ordinary!
I was born and grew up in what is now Zambia and lived in Africa until I was 22yrs+, so I consider myself ‘African’ in some way. So we have that in common – however I am much, much older than you, 67 to be precise. Finding myself in China in my 60s was a big surprise, but life needs big surprises don’t you agree?
Your poetry is beautiful and thought provoking – I will be reading your posts regularly.

  16. I see that you have started following my blog – and now I see what a poet you are – please don’t judge my blog by this week’s poem! Ha! It was written a very long time ago, and written more as something “cute” than “serious”. Most of my poetry has a much different flow – but these days I write more Bible studies and devotionals than poetry. But – welcome aboard!

  22. Thanks for following my blog the other day! I tried to click the link, but something was wrong with the link (maybe from your gravatar?), so it didn’t take me anywhere. But then today I was looking through my followers, I saw that I could go to your site. Just so you know, it says akafoojblog.wordpress.com but it appears the actual link is kenjoofblog.wordpress.com

Hope that makes sense! I’m going to go browse some of your posts now 🙂
